Metal Roofing
The Metal Roofing System is a standing seam metal roof system that comes in a variety of colors and profiles. Weather tightness warranty is offered for concealed fastener roof systems. The pre-finished metal is backed by a 20-year finish warranty.
Single Ply Membrane
The Single Ply Membrane Roof System offered in PVC, EPDM, and TPO materials. Their main characteristic, is that can be installed in one layer. They also exhibit great flexibility and their superior resistance to UV radiation. The system can be fully adhered or mechanically attached and also qualify for up to a 30-year system warranty.
Modified Bitumen
The Modified Bitumen Membrane Roof System is a multi-ply roof system. It can either be hot or cold applied with gravel, granulated, or coated surfaces. The system can qualify for up to a 30-year system warranty.
